VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to remove three trees and their stumps next to the DWP Substation, adjacent to Building 52, and sixteen existing stumps at the Sepulveda OPC & Nursing Home Facility located at 16111 Plummer St. North Hills, CA 91343. The work includes all labor and equipment necessary to remove the specified trees and stumps, clean up, and debris removal. Contractor personnel must meet security and identification requirements, comply with insurance coverage as specified, and adhere to site policies regarding parking and smoking. Quotes must be submitted using the provided Enclosure 1 form along with a capabilities statement/experience, sent in one email as two separate attachments. All other forms of offers will not be accepted. Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted via email no later than 2pm PST Friday, July 17th, 2026, to ositadima.ndubizu@va.gov
