Questions received, if any, and responses thereto, will be sent to all bidders. Johnston Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors under the State of Rhode Island Master Price Agreement (MPA) 492 - Site Improvements to perform removal and replacement of a failing underground infiltration system and associated sinkhole repairs at the project site. Scope of Services: Excavation and Repair: o Controlled excavation o Removal and disposal of unsuitable materials o Installation of engineered backfill or flowable fill o Compaction per applicable standards Surface Restoration: o Asphalt, concrete, curbing, and guardrail restoration o Sidewalk and roadway repair o Landscape and lawn restoration MBES (7.5%) and WBES (7.5%) Johnston Public Schools reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Johnston Public Schools.
