Question Deadline All inquiries/questions regarding this Request for Tender (RFT) shall be submitted to the Owner through MERX. Inquiries must be received through MERX no later than 07/29/2026 at 2:00 PM ET. All inquiries received and the answers provided by the Engineer will be issued to all Tenderers by written addendum through MERX , without naming the source of the inquiry
