The Town of Johnstown is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide design phase and potentially construction phase services for the Raw Water Transmission Project. The Town is currently in the 60% design phase of the Project and intends to add up to 21 mgd of raw water capacity through a new pump station and transmission main. Question Deadline 08/13/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Questions regarding RFP requirements are due to Simone Guidry, Project Manager, in writing with the Subject Line: "RFP-Raw Water Transmission CMAR" at SGuidry@JohnstownCO.gov . Official bid documents must be obtained online. The Project is summarized below: A. Construction of a new pump station at Lonetree Reservoir that will include: 1. A new raw water intake while maintaining uninterrupted water supply to the adjacent existing pump station 2. A new custom pump station building 3. Installation of five (5) raw water submersible pumps sized for up to 21 MGD production 4. Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls, and SCADA systems 5. Yard piping 6. Installation of a new PVREA electrical service 7. Installation of a new diesel generator sized for 100% backup capacity
