Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toquerville, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; communication facility; and communication facility.
Furnish and install 500 feet of 20-inch and 300 feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipeline with tie-in, valve and fittings; install 850 feet of 1.25-inch HDPE communication conduit with pull boxes; construct a 33-foot by 24-foot pump station with three 125-horsepower pumps, piping, and electrical system; construct a valve vault and perform site improvements. The request for interpretation or clarification must be received not less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening Bids.
