Maintenance and repair services are required for multiple pumps and motors operating continuously, including inspection, diagnostic evaluation, and potential repair of three pumps and twelve motors delivered to the contractor. Equipment includes Floway spray wash pumps, a Flowserve high-pressure pump, WEG-W22 low-pressure motors, NIDEC spray wash motors, and Sew-Eurodrive fish screen motors. The contractor must conduct inspections in accordance with industry standards and submit detailed inspection reports with cost breakdowns for maintenance and repair within 30 days of delivery. Repair work may begin only after Government review and approval of the inspection reports, and the contractor must notify the Contracting Officer of actual repair costs prior to commencing any repairs. The contract is an unpriced purchase order with not-to-exceed ceilings of $25,000 per pump and $6,000 per motor unless prior written approval is obtained. All pricing must align with published commercial price lists, and payment is based on verified actual costs supported by documentation, including catalog price lists and parts lists. If repairs or maintenance are not authorized, the contractor must reassemble the equipment to its original configuration within 14 days for return shipment. Work will be performed at the contractor’s repair facility, each repair or maintenance activity must be completed within 90 days of delivery, and all authorised repairs must include a two-year warranty on labour and materials.
