Remodeling of a military facility in Laughlin AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The work consists of carpet replacement at Building 308, Laughlin AFB. Bidders must provide in their quotation the carpet company to be used, the style and price of the carpet, adhesive material and labor. A description of the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and pricing per Attachment 3 must be included, ensuring the attached pricing sheet is filled out completely. Include any applicable prompt payment discount terms, the length of time the quote is valid, contact information for the individual authorized to provide pricing information, and the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for System for Award Management (SAM). All quotes must conform to the statement of work, and the award will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
