Furnishing of all design and installation services for a replacement fire protection sprinkler system for District Fire Station No. 52. The District desires to acquire on a cost effective basis a replacement Sprinkler System with the accepted offeror providing the following services: _ Removal of the existing dry pipe fire sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 13 (2010), including the attic. Offeror should include in their proposal those areas deemed inaccessible and a proposal to address the same. All existing system piping and related equipment must be replaced. _ The existing system is not operational and the replacement Sprinkler System will be installed without charging the replacement Sprinkler System until all installation is completed. _ Complete design services by a licensed Engineer or Architect as necessary for a replacement Sprinkler System to be installed meeting all legal requirements and these Specifications and all applicable NFPA requirements. _ Prepare all shop drawings, "Record Drawings", maintenance manuals and other necessary submittals. _ Submittal of plans and drawings to state and local authorities for approval, as required. _ Obtain all required permits for the installation. _ Fabrication and installation of the replacement Sprinkler System including parts acquisition, system fabrication, installation, hydrostatic testing, and all other testing and commissioning necessary for the Spinkler System to return to full service. _ Installation shall utilize the existing Sprinkler System mains and branch line locations where possible (no existing lines are to be reused and all system piping must be replaced) Question Deadline 07/24/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Every request for such interpretation or requests for a change in the specifications or terms and conditions shall be made in writing on the form attached as Exhibit F and submitted electronically to Chief Kevin Skipper, White River Township Fire Protection District, 366 N.
