Reference Number 0000327100 SFU is seeking proposals from commercially established companies with substantial experience and proven capacity for the provision of Janitorial Services in educational settings. SFU operates three urban university campuses and a large on-mountain residential community which includes a hotel. Each campus serves different populations, operational hours, and usage patterns. Proponents must understand the unique characteristics of each environment, as these directly influence labour planning, equipment staging, travel between buildings, security access, event coverage, and overall pricing. Duration: 5 years Option: for up to two (2) additional extension terms of up to two (2) years each.
