Renovation of an educational facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Roofing system upgrades (i.e. waterproofing and finishing) at the SW01 Building located at the BCIT Burnaby Campus. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway for Prime consulting services for the project. The successful Prime Consultant will be responsible for leading the project through assessment, design development, construction documentation, and coordination, in accordance with BCIT standards, policies, and applicable codes. They will lead, coordinate and supervise sub-consultants as required to provide complete professional consulting services for the project.
