The purpose of this Request for Proposal (‘RFP’) is to invite Proposals for the construction of two golf cart storage additions in the City of Burnaby (‘City’), British Columbia, Canada. The Work at Burnaby Mountain Golf Course - 7600 Halifax Street, comprises of the construction of a single-storey golf cart storage addition to the existing concrete and steel building, complete with site preparation, demolition and removals, foundations, structure, building envelope, mechanical, electrical and EV golf-cart charging infrastructure, and reinstatement of all affected paved and landscaped areas.
