Question Deadline 07/28/2026 at 5:00 PM PT INTRODUCTION The City of Paramount is committed to maintaining high standards in every aspect of municipal operations to ensure a city that is safe, healthy, and attractive for residents, businesses, and visitors. As part of this commitment, the City seeks to replace the existing playground safety surfacing material at Paramount Park with a durable, high -quality, ADA accessible system that complies with all applicable safety and accessibility standards, including current ASTM and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC ) guidelines. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experience contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to remove and dispose of the existing poured-in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing ; prepare and install the required aggregate base where applicable; install new poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing; furnish temporary construction fencing ; and perform all related work necessary to deliver a complete, safe, and functional playground safety surface
