Renovation of an educational facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The South Bay Union School District seeks qualified vendors to provide a complete removal and replacement of existing window blinds at Mendoza Elementary School. This is a public works project. Contractors should use prevailing wage to determine the labor costs. Contractors and subcontractors must have a DIR registration number. Each bid must be submitted with a Bid Bond executed by the bidder and Surety Company, or certified check, or cashier's check or cash, in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, and each issued by a California-admitted surety.
