The San Diego Superior Court is soliciting for quotes for a variety of service year lapel pins and certificate holders per the specifications below and on Attachment 5- Specifications. All Lapel pins must come with a plastic/acrylic gift package ready for presentation. The total cost of each Lapel Pin should include all Material Labor and the price of a plastic/acrylic gift package. All lapel pins are ¾ of an inch in diameter. 5 year Gold Plated Lapel Pin - Qty. 200 10 year Gold Filled Lapel Pin with one 2.25mm Sapphire - Qty. 164 15 year gold Filled Lapel Pin with one 2.25mm ruby - Qty. 38 20 year Gold Filled Lapel Pin with on 2.25mm emerald - Qty. 45 25 year Gold Filled Lapel Pin with one 4pt diamond - Qty. 52 30 year Gold Filled Lapel Pin with two 4pt diamonds - Qty. 43 35 year Gold Filled Lapel Pin with three 4pt diamonds - Qty. 22 Seal for impression will be provided to the awarded Bidder. Photos are provided, in the provided documents, of our current stock. The Court will need Lapel Pins to match our current stock, no substitutions are allowed. Certificate Holders: The Court is requesting 200 certificate holders with the following specifications: Navy blue padded imitation leather, crackle finish, portrait style 2 white silk moire liners, 8 white moire corners to accommodate to 11 x 8.5” inserts. Gold foil stamped logo on front cover with debossed double ruled border. See photos attached on Attachment 5 - Specifications. Shipping to: San Diego Superior Court South County Division 500 Third Ave. Chula Vista, CA 91910 Bidder will need to provide their prices on the lines listed on this solicitation. Bidder will also need to provide a quote on company letter head and attach it to their response. Price must include all labor and materials needed to create the Pins and certificate holders. Lead time must be provided on the Bidders quote. All questions must be submitted on PlanetBids before the close date of the Q&A period. All required documents must be submitted in order for the bid to be responsive. Bidder must read Terms and Conditions attached to this solicitation in the Documents tab. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
