The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a commercial services contract to provide comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O M) services at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Defense Distribution Depot Center.2. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform O M services. Activities include, but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance and servicing of existing operations Repairs and troubleshooting of existing systems Custodial and janitorial services Painting Emergency response services Landscaping and grounds maintenancePest control Limited minor construction activities (Construction activities shall not exceed $50,000.00 per task/project) In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the estimated total price range for this project (including all base and option periods) is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
