Selective demolition of existing supply waste and vent piping equipment, fixtures, valves and fittings in existing kitchen, toilet rooms, and mechanical room. Includes excavation below slab for removal and installation of new piping. The Project includes the following Work: Includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing supply waste and vent piping equipment, fixtures, valves and fittings, in existing kitchen, toilet rooms and existing mechanical room. Work also includes excavation below slab as required to remove existing underslab piping and as required to run new piping and to make all required connections to existing piping (slab removal by GC). New work includes installation of new piping, equipment, new fixtures in kitchen, bathrooms and janitor closet and storage room, floor drains, grease trap, hose faucets, valves, fittings, etc. as necessary for a complete project.
