Renovation of a municipal facility in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of historical façade improvements at 408 W. Main Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The base work generally includes roof replacement, wood cornice restoration, and related exterior façade improvements. The bid package also includes six alternates for door replacement, stucco preparation and painting, brick repointing, window replacement, shutter replacement, and handrail installation, as identified in the project documents. All questions must be submitted via email to Amy Baade at abaade@lga-partners.com with "408 W. Main Street" in the subject line no later than Thursday July 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM. No questions will be accepted by phone. Bidders must be properly licensed and insured and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Municipality of Norristown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Municipality.
