Main Street - Historical Façade Improvements The work includes window restoration, storm window installation, restoration and repair of wood architectural elements, exterior façade improvements, and related repairs to select building components intended to preserve and enhance the building's historic character. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “228-230 W. Main Street Historical Façade Improvements – Bid Submission” and must include the name and address of the bidder. Contract documents, including drawings and specifications, are available for review at the Norristown Department of Planning & Municipal Development and may be obtained electronically at no cost or in hard copy for a non-refundable fee. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders at a mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site. All questions must be submitted via email.
