**As of September 29, 2026, the project was awarded to Treasure Sign, but the awarded amount is not available.** The work includes cleaning, preparation, painting, and remounting of existing bracket-mounted metal letters and characters, along with fabrication and installation of two missing letters to match the original signage. Location- 700 E Main Street Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401 Bidders must be properly licensed and insured and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Municipality of Norristown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Municipality. The project Architect is Landmarks LGA, (LM). All questions must be submitted via email to Amy Baade at abaade@lga-partners.com with "700 E Main Street" clearly indicated in the subject line. No questions will be received or responded to by phone. All questions must be submitted prior to Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 5:00pm ET. No questions will be addressed after that date and time.
