Main Street - Historical Façade Improvements The work includes restoration, repair, and replacement of select exterior building elements, along with related improvements intended to preserve and enhance the building's historic character. The project also includes alternate work as identified in the project documents. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and must include the name and address of the bidder. Contract documents are available for review and can be obtained electronically at no cost or in hard copy for a non-refundable fee. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders. All questions must be submitted via email to the designated contact by the specified deadline. Bidders must be properly licensed and insured, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
