Renovation of a municipal facility in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids will be received by the Municipality of Norristown for the following project: HISTORICAL FACADE IMPROVEMENTS Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401 The work includes window restoration, storm window installation, restoration and repair of wood architectural elements, exterior facade improvements, and related repairs to select building components intended to preserve and enhance the building's historic character. All questions must be submitted via email to Amy Baade at abaade@lga-partners.com with "408 W. Main Street" in the subject line no later than Thursday July 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM. No questions will be accepted by phone. Bidders must be properly licensed and insured and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Municipality of Norristown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Municipality.
