In the midst of a housing crisis, she is pursuing her vision of building affordable housing now and for the long term in Montreal. As a non-profit paramunicipal organization, the SHDM helps maintain and increase the supply of residential rental housing for a mix of clienteles, including people in vulnerable situations, and promote access to home ownership. In this context, the SHDM is requesting submissions for the following project: 2026-090-AO-GIR - Roof repair and miscellaneous work at 730 to 748 Hibernia Street DESCRIPTION: The mandate is to carry out, at a fixed price, all roof repairs and related work, including window replacement, metal repair, as well as various minor works at 730 to 748 rue Hibernia in Montreal.
