The City of Dayton is seeking an architectural/planning firm to conduct a comprehensive facility study. The scope includes assessing current facilities and space needs, considering future requirements based on departmental input and industry best practices, and preparing space and general design opportunities with cost estimates. The study will evaluate expansion, remodeling, and repurposing of existing facilities, as well as the identification of future locations for city operations.
