Consultation Period (submit all questions in writing) Thru 7/15/2026 at 5:00 PM Scope of Supply a. Pumps (qty 4) b. Outdoor rated VFDs with IEEE rated harmonic filters (qty 4) c. Guiderail system with chain (qty 4) d. Factory testing (qty 4) e.5 year full warranty on pumps (qty 4) f. Pump repair kit and hydraulic kit (qty 1) g. Complete control panel with PLC capable of PID loop for flow pacing based on level transducer input and backup control by floats. Panel shall have SCADA output capability to tie into City's existing SCADA system (qty 1) h. Temporary control panel for pump operation during panel fabrication i. All required controls and power wiring between panel and pumps/floats/transducer j. Submersible level transmitter - primary control (qty 1) k. Backup control floats - secondary control (qty 4) 1. Submittals/shop drawings for complete package - to include panel wiring m. Startup services including controls integration n. Freight, delivery and unloading at City's specified location at WWTF site The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the City.
