Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Stormwater Improvements project. The project generally consists of removal and replacement of two existing stormwater inlets and approximately 340 linear feet of 36-inch HDPE storm sewer, installation of one additional stormwater inlet, backfill, and surface restoration. Surface restoration includes replacement of affected sidewalk and driveway approaches and any required adjacent curb or street pavement repair. All work will take place within existing right-of-way or easements. the installation of an additional stormwater inlet (in lieu of an existing blind 90degree fitting in the pipe) in Ashland, Missouri. The City of Ashland reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, waive irregularities, determine the most responsive and responsible bidder, and reject or approve any or all bids. Work under this contract to be fully complete within 30 calendar days upon Notice to Proceed.
