The City of Carlsbad is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary to complete the construction of the following, as specified and shown in the Construction Documents: Demolition of existing structure walls and cover, electrical control systems, cabinets and components, generator, sewer influent wet well top slab, mechanical piping and appurtenances, installation of new building walls and roof, installation of new emergency standby generator, electrical controls, motor control center, cabinets, SDGE meter pedestal, conduits, replacement of wet well top slab, lining repairs, wet well and valve vault mechanical piping and appurtenances, flow meter, plug valves, check valves, force main piping, together with potholing, stormwater and non-stormwater pollution control, temporary traffic control and pedestrian detour, temporary sewer bypassing, excavation support systems, asphalt pavement, concrete walk, site restoration and landscaping.
