Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Clayton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Demolition and disposal of the acquired buyout properties must include the following: Demolition and clearance of entire residential buildings and debris . Removal of asbestos containing materials from select sites. Grading of the site and site restoration Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The required payment and performance bond, executed contracts, and certificate of insurance should be completed by the contractor, within 10 days of the Notice of Award which is anticipated to be issued on August 18, 2026. The tentative schedule for the award is the City Council meeting on August 17, 2026. The scope of work for the Project consists of the demolition of zero (0) to three (3) residential properties within the Foxboro Road Subdivision and along Conway Road in the City of Ladue, Missouri . Note that this project is a voluntary flood buyout project that may include as many as three (3) or as few as zero (0) properties depending on the degree of participation of the property owners.
