Highway, street, and bridge drainage construction activities. The Contractor shall provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve drainage along the lateral of Behrman St, Slidell, LA (D08UW01015) by removing and replacing subsurface drainage and removing and replacing catch basins as required in the specifications. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of the project is thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed issued by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for.
