Construct a sewer pump station and force main to divert all flow from the Laurel Bay WWTP and discharge into the sewer basin served by the Port Royal Island WRF. Question Deadline 07/28/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the contract documents. The work is generally described as follows: Construct a sewer pump station to divert all flow from the Laurel Bay WWTP and discharge them into the sewer basin served by the Port Royal Island WRF. The project would also facilitate the demolition and remediation work associated with the existing WWTP. The existing WWTP consists of headworks with screening and grit removal, primary settling tanks, attached culture trickling filter technology, secondary settling tanks, and chlorine disinfection . The plant effluent discharges into the Broad River following treatment. The proposed pump station will have an average daily flow (ADF) of 0.35 MGD, and the corresponding force main will be approximately 20,000 LF of 12-inch PVC force main.
