Installation of approximately 2,720 LF of 12-inch waterline, 2,030 LF of 12-inch waterline, 500 LF of 8-inch waterline, and 1,640 LF of 12-inch waterline. Scope includes asphalt, sidewalk, and curb and gutter replacements due to utility installation. The Homestead High Pressure Waterline replacement includes approximately 2,720 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch waterline to replace an aging portion of waterline through the golf course. Replacement will begin at the PRV station along Cari Lane, head east to Homestead Drive, then south to Bluff Road. The project will also include asphalt, sidewalk, and curb and gutter replacements where disturbed by waterline installation. Homestead Drive is a UDOT highway. The Homestead Reduced High Pressure Waterline replacement includes approximately 2,030 LF of 12-inch waterline to replace an aging 15-inch waterline along Homestead Drive. Replacement will begin near the intersection of Cari Lane and Homestead Drive and continue along Homestead Drive through the intersection with Bluff Road. This system also includes the replacement of approximately 500 LF of aging 8-inch waterline along Lime Canyon Road with new 8-inch waterline. The project will also include asphalt, sidewalk, and curb and gutter replacements where disturbed by waterline installation. Homestead Drive is a UDOT highway. The Cottages on Green Feed Line replacement includes approximately 1,640 LF of 12-inch waterline to replace another aging portion of waterline through the golf course. Replacement will begin at the booster pump station along Warm Springs Drive, head north to Snake Creek Road, then west along Snake Creek Road before crossing private property to Links Drive. The project will also include asphalt and curb and gutter replacements where disturbed by waterline installation. The intersection of Warm Springs Drive and Homestead Drive / Snake Creek Road is a UDOT highway.
