Stark County is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction inspection and construction administration for a project to be constructed in 2026 and 2027. The project consists of two parts (Part A and Part B). Part A will consist of the resurfacing and repair of approximately 1.59 miles of Everhard Road (County Road 98) from Brunnerdale Avenue to Fulton Road State Route 687) in Jackson Township Part B will consist of the resurfacing and repair of approximately 2.83 miles of Cleveland Avenue (County Road 66) from Orion Street in Plain Township to Wright Street in Lake Township. Both projects consist of pavement grinding, a two-course overlay, and pavement repairs where necessary. Project also includes minor catch basin repair, new pavement markings & signing, guardrail repair, curb and gutter, and curb ramp repairs where necessary. Construction inspection and administration services will include on-site observation, daily logs, documentation of pay quantities, prevailing wage documentation, material acceptance testing and certification monitoring, Maintenance of Traffic documentation, claims/change order review and processing, and review of project schedules and submissions Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below.
