Furnish materials, labor, equipment, and skill for the reconstruction of BW-18619.023 7th St SW from 101st Ave SW to 97th Ave SW, including grading, culverts, aggregate surfacing, and incidental items. Major quantities of work include Common Excavation - Type C - 126,607 CY; Topsoil - 29,109 CY; Aggregate Surface Course CL 13 - 34,484 Ton; Pipe Conduit, various sizes (58" x 36" max) - 2210 LF; and other miscellaneous items. All bids must be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials and accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor's license and bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid in the form of a bidder's bond. Bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid as required by North Dakota Century Code. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds in the full amount of the contract. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the low bid submitted by a responsible and responsive bidder for the aggregate sum of all bid items. All bids must be contained in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the work covered, the name of the bidder, a separate envelope containing bid bond and a copy of Contractor's License or certificate of renewal, and acknowledgment of any Addenda.
