At the Village of Romeo City Hall, provide and install a new Standby Engine-Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch, with all required conduits, wire, remote monitoring panel, upgraded Semco Energy Co. natural gas service, and upgraded DTE Energy Co. electrical service. New Work shall also include replacement of the existing lighting panel and sub-fed panel with a new Lighting Panel, including reconnection of all existing conduit and wire to the new lighting panel, located inside the building, all materials required for installation of new equipment, repair, and re-painting interior walls as required, demolition and removal of the existing generator, ATS, and concrete foundation.
