Reference Number 0000435800 Romeo Washington Bruce Parks & Recreation is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation of six (6) restrooms at the Community Center. The scope is to remove and dispose of the existing items in the restroom and replace with new, durable, commercial grade restroom items. New epoxy flooring, paint, drop ceilings, ventilation, and lighting is also included in the scope. The contractor will be responsible for pulling all Building Department permits, disposal of material, and coordination of work with Parks & Recreation staff.
