The Town of Marblehead is soliciting qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide structural engineering and mechanical engineering design services for the Abbot Hall Museum Expansion Project. Abbot Hall was constructed in 1876 and serves as both the seat of Town government and a historic museum. The project will renovate the currently unfinished fourth floor into permanent museum expansion project. Designer Fee Negotiated Not to exceed $30,000 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
