While both projects are being submitted and evaluated as a combined proposal , each project shall be identified, budgeted, and tracked independently. Cost estimates shall follow the format and structure of the pricing proposal table. Any shared project management or coordination efforts shall be allocated appropriately between the two projects and clearly identified. The two park projects shall be designed and implemented concurrently whenever feasible. The overall project schedules shall be coordinated such that: Construction activities for both parks proceed simultaneously or substantially overlap. Final completion of the two projects shall occur within two (2) weeks of each other. Project milestones, including design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration, shall be coordinated to maintain consistent progress across both sites. Both projects must achieve completion no later than March 15, 2027. Please provide a representative construction schedule based on a construction start date of November 1 , 2026. Phase 1 Improvements within the first designated work area. Phase 2 Remaining portions of the park shall remain open and accessible to the public. Temporary barriers, signage, and pedestrian routing shall be provided as required. Improvements within the second designated work area. Areas completed in Phase 1 shall be reopened for public use whenever practical. Public access shall be maintained to the greatest extent possible throughout construction.
