Site work, outdoor lighting, renovation and addition to a recreation facility in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 500-square-foot recreation facility; for the addition of a recreation facility; for outdoor lighting for a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Revitalization of the entry points of the old Fort Walton Beach Fairgrounds metal buildings into an Event Center entryway, including three entrance points, decorative stucco screen walls, continuous covered walkway, HVAC and electrical systems, exterior accent and area lighting, parking improvements, and storm water system modification. This project will include three (3) new entrance points approximately 500 square feet each. These entrances should coordinate the circulation spaces between the foyer and bathrooms areas, and adjacent event spaces to be used as combined event space or separate uses. Also included within this scope are decorative stucco screen walls with varying heights, along with a continuous covered walkway connecting all entry points along the south face of the project (approximately 600'). Construction shall be based off of approved schematic design and shall include hvac and electrical design for each entry. Exterior accent lighting at each entry element, along with area lighting along canopy path and decorative screen walls is included within this scope of work.
