Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for the Bakersfield National Cemetery Gravesite Expansion and Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Deficiencies Project. Work includes expansion of gravesite areas and correction of identified facility deficiencies to support ongoing cemetery operations, infrastructure needs, and future interment requirements. The contractor shall perform all associated site development, construction, utility, grading, and related improvements required by the project plans and specifications. The project is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The estimated construction magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000, with a period of performance of 730 days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
