The kinds and approximate quantities of the work include: 750 C.Y. of Excavation; 1600 S.Y. of PCC Pavement, Driveway & Sidewalk Removal; 6200 S.Y. of ACC Pavement Removal and Salvage; 6300 S.Y. of 6 IN . thick fully reinforced PCC Street Paving with Modified Granular Base; 200 S.Y. of PCC Driveway, 6 IN .; 1200 S.Y. of PCC Sidewalk, 6 IN . and Detectable Warning Devices; 6300 S.Y. of Engineering Fabric; 1350 L.F. of 8 IN. Watermain, 25 service connections, hydrants, valves & DIP fittings; 1350 L.F. of 12" and 18" HDPE Storm Sewer Pipe, intakes and manholes; 2100 L.F. of 4" Longitudinal Subdrain including Porous Granular Bedding & Backfill; and other work normally found in a street, watermain, and drainage REPLACEMENT project Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount). A contract will be awarded for all the work to the single successful bidder complying with this Notice and the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and irregularities.
