Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Greenwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The Town Greenwich on behalf of the Department of Public Works is seeking to engage a contractor to perform concrete spall and delamination repairs, regrading, installation of a new expansion joints, recaulking of existing joints and the application of a crystalline sealant on an existing parking structure. Any inquiries or requests regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to Mr. Anthony Guardi to the address below by 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 30, 2026: Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department 101 Field Point Road Greenwich, CT 06830 Email: Anthony.Guardi@GreenwichCT.gov The Bid Bond shall be 5% of the total lump sum of the bid and shall be enclosed in the sealed envelope containing the bid Performance, Maintenance, And Payment Bond For Bids Greater Than $100,000, The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town, or to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any and all informalities, or to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid
