Question Deadline 09/01/2026 To receive consideration, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer, Lindsay Silcox of CDM Smith Inc., 101 East River Drive, Suite 1A, East Hartford CT 06108 or by email to SilcoxLS@cdmsmith.com at least seven (7) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) before the established date for receipt of Bids. The work herein specified to be done consists of cleaning, inspection, and cured-in-place pipe lining of sanitary sewers, rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes, and maintaining flows with bypass pumping operations, including all preparatory and restoration work, in various locations in Greenwich Connecticut, all as more particularly indicated, shown or described in the drawings, specifications and other contract documents and as described by the Engineer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work and as herein specified. The Work of the project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, inspection, and cured-in-place pipe lining of sanitary sewers, rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes , and maintaining flows with bypass pumping operations.
