The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, travel, and equipment to provide Drain and Grease Trap Maintenance at James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital (JAHVH) as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include maintenance of various grease interceptors/traps in multiple buildings and locations, hydro jet grease waste piping, storm water drainage system cleaning, sanitary septic system cleaning, maintenance of lift stations, and emergency services/repairs (including after hours), with specified frequencies such as quarterly, semi-annually, annually, and as needed. Responses must be on an all or none basis, and no partial submissions will be accepted. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and verified as a small business concern as applicable. Quote must be valid for 90 days. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing, sent by email to Jose.Ortiz-Velez@va.gov and must be received no later than (NLT) Wednesday, July 22, 2026, by 1:00 PM EST. No further questions will be accepted after that date and time
