Brookfield Lakin LLC ("Brookfield'), a Delaware limited liability company, is seeking qualified general contractors for Job Order Contracting (JOC) to provide general utility and water/wastewater plant for minor and major street construction projects, maintenance, repairs, re-construction and alteration services to Alamar Community facilities. All qualified firms interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All SOQ's must comply with the requirements specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Lakin property also known as Alamar is the Owner/Developer in a 1,130-acre master planned development located in the City of Avondale., in Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26 of township 1 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
