Brookfield Lakin LLC ("Brookfield'), a Delaware limited liability company, is seeking qualified Architecture and Engineering Firms to provide general design services for property associated with the Alamar Community facilities. All qualified firms interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All SOQ's must comply with the requirements specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Lakin property also known as Alamar is the Owner/Developer in a 1,130-acre master planned development located in the City of Avondale., in Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26 of township 1 North, Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. The work included in this RFQ is the subject of separate District Development, Financing Participation, Waiver and Intergovernmental Agreements for Alamar Community Facilities District No. 1. The On Call Architectural and Engineering Services will be with Brookfield and not with City of Avondale, Almar Community Facilities District No. 1. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
