Description

Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Removal and replacement of exterior EIFS on the terminal building at the East Texas Regional Airport. Question Deadline 08/11/2026 at 2:00 PM CT QUESTIONS regarding this Bid should be directed to Kelli Davis at kelli.davis@co.gregg.tx.us THE PROPOSED WORK includes removal and replacement of existing EIFS cladding system with Brick Masonry and Insulated Metal Panel. New concrete footing at Brick Masonry base and new parapet coping cap. New mechanical screen wall, back-lit signage, pre-engineered metal canopies, scuppers and downspouts. Removal of existing exhaust flues and replaced with a mechanical chase. Removal of existing interior EIFS finish and replaced with Phenolic panels. Alternate work includes removal and replacement of five (5) hollow metal doors and the addition of one (1 ) storefront window.
