Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Longview, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction of 1,278-lf of 10-ft wide asphalt trail and 555-sy of concrete sidewalk at Stamper Park. Renovation of existing parking lot area east of Womack Field with striping and approximately 128-sy of concrete sidewalk. Improvements at Stamper Park and Womack Field Question Deadline 08/27/2026 -- No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be submitted in writing by posting on the online , and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Proposals. Completion-Base Bid within 150 consecutive calendar days.
