Construction of a fuel station including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision. These Technical Specifications are project-specific to the City of Longview Fuel Station located at 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas. They supplement the final issued construction plans and City front-end bidding documents. The Work includes a gasoline and diesel fleet fueling facility, aboveground protected storage tanks, dispensing equipment, fuel management controls, emergency shutoff and communication equipment, fuel island canopy, concrete paving, foundations, bollards/protective guards, site restoration, electrical power, spare future security camera conduit, protection of existing facilities to remain, and associated appurtenances shown or reasonably required for a complete operational installation.
