Roof replacement work at the designated Nike site. The Town of Orangetown is seeking bids for the replacement of a roof located at 1 & 2 Nike Lane inside Nike Park in the Town of Orangetown. The roof is a approximately 142" x 32". An optional pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the site on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 10:00am. All bids should be representative of New York State Prevailing Wage requirements. Specifications: _ Provide Shop Drawings and Submittals _ Mobilize and provide all materials for scope of work provided. _ Include 20 (10 per roof) 4 x 8 damaged plywood to match to restore the damaged deck. Remove gravel and properly scrape the surface to achieve proper installation of the new 12" board. _ Install 1/2" primer board and mechanically fasten it to the existing roof. _ Install one layer of APP TG 160 smooth membrane over _" deck. _ _ _ _ Install one layer of APP TG 180 granulated membrane (color to be selected by the owner). Install one 0.040 Aluminum gutter on one side of the building on both buildings. Install 0.040 Aluminum gravel-stop around the perimeter of the building on both buildings. Remove all old exhaust fans and properly patch the opening. The contractor is NOT replacing the exhaust fans. Seal all vent pipes and all other penetrations with PMMA liquid membrane. Apply PMMA liquid membrane on metal section approximately 34 feet between buildings. _ Provide 2 year workmanship warranty/guarantee. _ Provide 20 year manufacturers NDL warranty/guarantee. _ Provide allowance for replacement of 100' of fascia board.
