Project Summary Renovation of two adjacent public restrooms at Exeter Public Library, 773 Ten Rod Road. Smaller restroom: approx. 5.5' x 8' Larger restroom: approx. 7' x 9.5' Scope of work Each Restroom Replace floor tile and threshold with commercial grade tile (PEI Grade 4 or higher) and threshold Replace wall-mounted paper towel and soap dispensers o Replace drop ceiling tiles with humidity and sag resistant, washable ceiling tiles Replace toilet with commercial grade toilet Replace water valves for toilet and sink . Replace sink and faucet with commercial grade sink and commercial grade touchless faucet o Repair any cracks or blemishes, prepare, and paint all walls with commercial grade mold resistant bathroom paint o Replace exhaust fan Replace GFCI outlet o Replace grab bars around toilet Larger Restroom Only Replace baby changing station Anticipated Award Date: August 3, 2026
