Reference Number 0000429286 The Project generally consists of the design, permitting, fabrication , and installation of two identical monument signs at the Apple Valley Golf Course entrance, including associated landscape, irrigation, and parking lot improvements. Work shall include engineered sign foundations and structural components, electrical connections for sign illumination, architectural finishes, lettering, landscape enhancements, irrigation improvements, concrete curbing, and parking lot modifications , including removal and restriping of parking stalls. All work shall be completed in accordance with Town-approved plans , specifications, applicable codes, and permitting requirements. Work on the Project shall be completed within Sixty (60) working days. COST ESTIMATE: $45,000.
